**What happens if it rains?**
We cook rain or shine. We just need a covered area — garage, patio, tent, gazebo, or pavilion works great.

Weekends fill up fast in peak season. We recommend 1–2 weeks minimum for weekends. Last-minute bookings welcome if the date is available.
